Terms of Sale and Use

1Who you contract with

Daily Better You is run by Jakub Jura, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic. Full details sit in the footer of every page. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that trader, and "you" mean the person buying or reading.

Payment works through a merchant of record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record: it is the party that takes your money, charges and remits any sales tax or value added tax due where you live, issues your invoice, and processes refunds. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to that part of the transaction, alongside these terms, which cover the product itself.

Reading this site means you accept these terms. Buying means you accept them for the purchase too.

2What we sell

Digital content, and nothing else. There is nothing to ship. Depending on what you buy, that means some combination of:

• guides delivered as files you download and keep;
• printable trackers and worksheets;
• the Better You Companion, a workspace you copy into your own Notion account;
• an audio narration pack;
• a dated group programme with a start date, a place in it, and email delivered across the run.

Product pages describe what is in each one. If we add a guide to The Better You System while you have access to it, you get that guide at no extra cost.

We may change, improve or retire a product. If we retire something you already bought, you keep the files you already have.

3Placing an order

You order by completing checkout. That is an offer to buy. The contract exists when the merchant of record confirms your payment and sends the receipt.

We can decline an order, for example where a payment is flagged as fraudulent, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the buyer has abused the guarantee before. If we decline after taking payment, you get all of it back.

To buy you must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live.

4Price and tax

Prices are shown on the product page in United States dollars. The price you pay is the one displayed at checkout at the moment you pay.

Any value added tax or sales tax is calculated and added by the merchant of record based on where you are, and shown before you pay. It appears on the invoice it issues you.

When a launch price is running, we say what the price becomes afterwards and when the change happens. That date is real and the change happens once. We do not show a struck-through price that was never charged.

5Delivery and access

Delivery is immediate. As soon as payment clears you land on a page with your files and your next step, and the same links arrive by email. Group programmes with a start date are delivered from that date, which is stated before you buy.

If something does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write to support@dailybetteryou.com and we will fix it.

You need a device that opens standard PDF files, a working email address, and for the Companion a free Notion account. Those are on you, not on us.

6Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital content delivered immediately is the exception. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and the Czech law that implements it, that right ends once supply has begun, provided you gave your express prior consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you were giving up the right by doing so.

At checkout you tick a box that says exactly that, in those words, before you pay. If you would rather keep the withdrawal right, do not tick it and wait out the 14 days. Nothing is delivered until you do tick it.

7Our 30-day guarantee

Every paid product on this site carries a 30-day no-questions money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of buying and you get your money back. You do not need a reason, and we will not put you through a maze to get it.

That is broader than the statutory right in section 6 in three ways: it runs for 30 days instead of 14, it survives immediate delivery, and it does not require you to justify anything.

8What you may do with the files

Everything we sell stays our copyright. What you buy is a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

You may:

• read it, print it, and keep your copy for as long as you like;
• use it for yourself, at work or at home;
• quote a short passage with credit and a link.

You may not:

• resell it, give it away, or share your files or account access;
• upload it anywhere others can download it;
• republish it as your own, in whole or in part, including reworded;
• use it to train a machine learning model;
• run it as course material or coaching material for other people without a licence from us. Write to us if you want one.

If we find our material being sold or given away, we withdraw the licence and the access that came with it, and we keep whatever other remedies the law gives us.

9Using the site

Use the site normally and none of this will ever apply to you. Do not try to break into it, scrape it wholesale, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful. Do not impersonate us or use our name and logo without permission.

The quiz result you get is generated from your own answers. Share your result card wherever you like. That is what it is for.

10What this is not

Everything we publish is education. It is not medical, therapy, legal or financial advice, it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation, and results vary from person to person because people vary.

11Liability

We stand behind what we sell, and the guarantee in section 7 is the practical shape of that.

Beyond it, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost savings, or for what you decide to do with what you read. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where a term of ours conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection where you live, that protection wins.

12Complaints and disputes

Start with support@dailybetteryou.com. We answer complaints within 30 days, and most things are solved in one reply.

If we cannot agree, consumers can take the dispute to out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz), which handles this at no cost to you. Your right to go to court instead is unaffected.

13Governing law

Czech law governs these terms and the contract. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country, and that protection sits on top of these terms rather than under them.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.

14Changes

We update these terms as the business changes, and the date at the top moves with them. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Changes never apply backwards to something you already own.
